Mr. Andrew Chow is the Chief Operational Officer and Responsible Officer of GLAM Capital Limited, primarily responsible in supervising the businesses of securities and asset management business of the companies to comply with the regulatory requirements of local and foreign authorities. Prior to joining GLAM Capital, Mr. Chow was the Head of Compliance of ZMF Asset Management Limited and Head of Compliance of the China Finance KAB Ltd and China Finance KAB Asset Management Ltd with extensive experiences in treasury, private banking and internal audit areas in global finance companies like BNP Paribas, DBS Bank, Fubon Bank and Bank of China.

Mr. Chow has a qualification of CPA (Australia). He received a Master Degree of Professional Accounting from the University of Southern Queensland of Australia and the Bachelor Degree of Finance from The Hong Kong Baptist University.
