On 13 December 2021, GLAM Capital Limited acted as joint bookrunner and joint lead manager for Pingdu State-owned Assets Management Co., Ltd (“Pingdu”). Pingdu was successfully issued the overseas Senior Fixed Rate Notes in sum of US$200,000,000.
